                Jeff and Kim "Before"

                 Here we are fat and stressed out!  During this time of our lives Before our fat loss we considered diet but with proper nutrition we were able to build muscle and cut the fat deposits off without losing muscle. The key to any fat loss program is to build muscle which will make it possible to consume more food because muscle needs food for fuel. Weight loss is just a side effect of the fat loss program we offer. It is always important to hire a personal trainer for the proper training program for the maximum fat loss with the most amount of muscle mass development. At Two Fit Pros Training we offer the most advanced fat loss programs with the maximum amount of muscles development that is possible without the use of drugs to enhance your development.we worked in an office where fast food and unhealthy snacks were an every day occurrence.  We were becoming fatter and fatter.  When we became painfully aware of our sizes we realized that we had been in denial.  From that point we had our percent of body fat checked by a fitness consultant and found that Jeff was at 36% body fat and Kim was at 40% body fat.  The realization was SHOCKING, therefore, we made a commitment to take control of our lifestyle and what we put into our body.

            At Two Fit Pros Training we offer the very best in weight loss along with fat loss and muscle retention. If you have to little muscle your body will store more fat because there is not enough muscle to burn the fuel that you put into your body. As we became more fit and lost our excess body fat we knew that helping others achieve their fitness goals was a priority in our lives. Subsequently, we became fully educated in nutrition and fitness. Soon we learned that our bodies could be manipulated by the type of food we intake to lose body fat while sparing lean muscle mass. The big plus was that fat loss could be achieved without cravings, feeling deprived, binge eating or feeling hungry!
