Your foods are directly related to your energy, endurance, strength, and ability to maintain lean muscle mass. The proportions of your foods require a specific balance so that they can enhance your energy centers as opposed to slowing them down. Adita will teach you ways of utilizing the proportions of your foods to maximize energy, endurance, and strength. All of this decreasing fat, increasing lean muscle mass and eliminating the frustration of traditional diet plans.
