This MMA HIIT–style high–intensity interval cardio–strength program is designed to redefine and create the body you and your students want. Using tubing and unique body–weight exercises, this workout consists of a warm-up followed by intervals of 3 minute cardio rounds to 1:30 minute strength intervals. Get your workout on with this high–energy session that includes MMA, Kickboxing, speed and agility drills, for a sweat–inducing, MMA calorie–burning workout.
